Anthony, good question. As long as it's no carb, no calorie and low sodium, it sould be fine in moderation, some spice mixtures contain sugar, high sodium and other "hidden" ingredients.

Jason, I just started the Ideal Protein diet, and was wondering about the Mrs Dash Extra Spicy seaoning. it says no MSG on the label, but wondering if there is anything else I need to look at.

Have tried your cookies n'cream and the chocolate puffs Fantastic. I would like to know how I can purchase them again and tell my friends as well. Received them from a doc who just gave them to me although this is not what I went to him for. Can i purchase them for myself or not?
Also would like a catalog if possible for the other choices.

They are filling and protein loaded which I need for my thinned hair and for greater all round nourishment!

You probably won't return to your pre-pregnancy weight for some time, but you will lose a significant amount of weight immediately after delivery. Subtracting one 7- to 8-pound baby, another pound or two of placenta, and another 2 pounds or so of blood and amniotic fluid leaves most new moms about 12 pounds lighter.

Your combination of posture correction and dietary modification is bound to be a successful approach. Those are two of the main interferences with the body's ability to self-heal - altered nerve supply and inflammatory chemicals. There is a nice diagram showing the influence of the vagus nerve on the inflammatory process in this article http://tedpriebe.com/documents/the_inflammatory_reflex.pdf
